1.1 Free Cancellation Window
If you cancel a taxi:
More than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, cancellation is free and full refund is provided (if advance payment was made).
1.2 Last-Minute Cancellations
If cancellation is made:
Within 24 hours but more than 4 hours before pickup, a small cancellation fee is charged.
Within 4 hours of pickup, no refund is applicable because drivers are already assigned and vehicle preparation begins.
1.3 Same-Day or Immediate Bookings
For urgent bookings, cancellation charges may vary depending on:
Driver assignment
Distance from garage
Vehicle type booked

2. Refund Policy – Transparent & Customer-Friendly
Jaipur Taxi Wala follows a fair refund process. Once your cancellation request is approved, the refund is initiated immediately.
2.1 Full Refund Cases
You are eligible for a 100% refund if:
Cancellation is made more than 24 hours before pickup
We fail to provide a vehicle due to our internal reasons
A double payment or technical error occurs
Wrong vehicle provided (rare case) and trip is cancelled with mutual agreement
2.2 Partial Refund Cases
Partial refund applies when:
Cancellation is made within 24–4 hours of pickup
Driver reaches the pickup location but passenger cancels
Booking modified to a lower-cost vehicle
2.3 No Refund Cases
Refunds are not applicable when:
Cancellation is made within 4 hours of the scheduled time
Customer is not reachable or doesn’t show up
Wrong information provided during booking
Trip cancelled midway by customer without valid reason
2.4 Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed through the same mode of payment:
UPI / Wallet: Instant to 24 hours
Bank Transfer: 1–3 working days
Credit / Debit Card: 3–7 banking days

3. Booking Modification Policy – Flexible & Convenient
Many times, plans change but you don’t want to cancel completely. Jaipur Taxi Wala allows easy modifications without strict penalties.

3.2 Modification Charges
If modified more than 12 hours before pickup → Free
If modified within 12 hours of pickup → Nominal charges depending on availability

A “no-show” occurs when the customer:

In Case of No-Show:
Booking amount is non-refundable

5.1 Airport Pickups/Drop
Since timing is very crucial:
Free cancellation only if done 4 hours before pickup
Last-minute cancellation may result in full charge
5.2 Outstation Trips
For long trips outside Jaipur:
Full refund for cancellation before 48 hours
Partial refund for cancellation within 48–12 hours
No refund for last-minute cancellations
